Who:
Each PCCSC Team should send 2+ members. An undergraduate upperclassmen (Team Captain), an undergraduate underclassmen (future team leader), and a coach or graduate advisor. Each school is allowed 1 vote to be held by an undergraduate member.
Elections:
All Executive Committee positions are up for election. If you are interested in being on the Executive Committee please email Danielle (Danielle.Richards@ussailing.net) before the meeting. Undergraduates cannot be in their last year of school as the position extends into the fall. The following positions are available:
- President (North Undergraduate, Regular Member School)
- Vice President (South Undergraduate Regular Member School)
- South Director (Regular Member School)
- South Director (Regular Member School)
- North Director (Regular Member School)
- North Director (Regular Member School)
- Conference Commissioner (Graduate)
- Graduate Vice President (Graduate)
- Graduate Treasurer (Graduate)
- Technical Committee Chair (Graduate)
We are also looking for Graduates to chair the following committees:
- PCCSC Scheduling
- PCCSC All Conference Awards
Registration:
Please indicate your team’s attendance via the meeting google doc so we know how many people and who those people are.
Meals:
There are numerous food facilities nearby so we will take a lunch break at an appropriate time.
