We have the pleasure of announcing the PCCSC All-Conference Skippers, All-Conference Crews, Rookie of the Year, and Skipper of the Year. Thank you to the committee that was composed of Kai Ponting (PCCSC President), Sam Kimmel (PCCSC Vice-President), and David Alexander (PCCSC TIDE Rep) for vetting the 2021-2022 results. The criteria for how competitors make the list of consideration and how they are then ranked is available in the PCCSC Standing Rules.
