***Barrows and Megarry are the NEISA Sailors of the Week***
Charleston, SC—3/9/15-Ian Barrows ’17 and Meredith Megarry ’17 are the NEISA Sailors of the Week after leading the Bulldogs to the win at the Bob Bavier Team Race. The duo from Yale helped the Bulldogs to a 12-2 record, winning the tiebreaker over the St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
Around the Conference
Most of NEISA remains frozen but spring is on the horizon. Many NEISA teams have traveled down south to participate in the early season regattas. UVM finished second with Yale third at the Charleston Women’s Spring Regatta. MIT finished second at the Mendleblatt Team Race hosted by USF. Salve Regina won the PJ Wenner Memorial Regatta hosted by Hawaii January 17-18.
